Choosing the right size for your press-on nails is the first step to a perfect manicure. At AuraLux, we want your nails to look and feel like they were made just for you because they are!

What You'll Need:

-A soft measuring tape or a piece of tape and a ruler

-Pen or marker

-Clean, bare nails

How to Measure:

STEP 1: Place the tape across the widest part of your nail (usually the middle).

STEP 2: Mark the edges with a pen if using tape.

STEP 3: Measure the distance in millimeters.

STEP 4: Compare with our sizing chart.

💡 Tip: If you're between sizes or have flat nail beds, size up, you can file them down for a snug fit.

Shipping Policy

At AuraLux, we take pride in delivering your Press-On Nails and Other Handmade Accessories with care and precision. Please review the following details to understand how we handle orders and shipping.

Order Processing

-Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

-You’ll receive a confirmation email upon placing your order and a shipping email with tracking info once your package has been dispatched.

-We ship everyday (excluding holidays).

-Orders placed after 12:00PM on shipping days will be processed the next scheduled day.

Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times

We currently ship to Canada and the USA.

-Canada: 2–7 business days (estimated 1–3 days for local orders)

-USA: 5–10 business days (estimates shown at checkout)
Please note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Shipping times are estimates and may be impacted by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

Shipping Costs & Tracking

-Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

-Tracking numbers are sent via email once your order ships.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

International Customs and Duty Fee

Additional fees such as customs duties or taxes for international orders (if applicable in the future) are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us at auralux.nailz@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

-Your order number

-Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review your case and make it right!

Return Eligibility (Only for Approved Cases)

If a return is approved due to defect or error, items must:

-Be unused and in original packaging

-Include all original tool kit items

-Be returned with proof of purchase

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in original condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
